We are an accredited watch supplier. Each brand that we feature has authorised us to sell their watches. Set your mind at ease, as all watches carry a full South African warranty.

Our watches are 100% authentic and come with the official box and manufacturer’s paperwork (where applicable).

All our watches:
• are high quality timepieces with original parts,
• have the original manufacturer’s serial numbers intact,
• and are not refurbished, factory seconds or imitation products.

All Watchfinder timepieces carry South African warranties. This warranty is generated by the respective supplier and will therefore differ from one brand to the next. Contact details for authorised watch repair centres are available here, and proof of purchase or the actual guarantee card is required in order for repairs to be considered under guarantee. A warranty is no longer valid if it is obvious that the watch has been tampered with, or repaired at a non-certified repair centre.

Watchfinder is an online retailer of watches; we do not handle repairs ourselves. However, for a small courier fee, we can arrange for a courier to collect the watch (provided it was bought on Watchfinder) and deliver it to the relevant repair centre.

We need as much information as possible, so please include the watch name, order number and reason for the repair.

Watchfinder strives to accurately convey the look and feel of each watch, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you’re welcome to take advantage of our seven-day exchange or return policy – provided that your watch has not been worn.

Our banking details are not listed on the website – they will be emailed to you once we have received stock confirmation of your order. We accept the following online payment methods:

• EFT or cash deposit,
• credit card (please ensure that your credit card is 3D secured for a secure, successful payment),
• and Mobicred. This is an online credit facility that allows one to purchase in instalments.

Virtual Card Services (VCS) ensure that your credit card details will remain 100 per cent secure. For extra security, we use 3 Domain (or 3D) to protect you and Watchfinder from all forms of credit card fraud. At the credit card checkout stage, you will be required to enter a secret pin. If you do not have a pin for online transactions, you will need to contact your bank to obtain one. Once you have entered your pin correctly, your transaction will be processed.
Our website does not reflect the amount of stock we hold for each item. You can contact us to enquire about a particular watch. Alternatively, you can order a watch and we will tell you if we do not have it in stock.

Our watches are couriered directly to your door by a reliable courier company (RAM or Skynet). Please supply a physical delivery address. We do not deliver to PO Box/postal addresses because a signature is required upon delivery.

You may also be required to produce ID and/or a credit card.

You will receive an email notification once the watch has been dispatched. This will enable you to track the watch online right to your door.

Please note: Our couriers make a total of three delivery attempts. If on the third attempt they are still unsuccessful, you will be liable to cover the delivery cost. You are welcome to contact the courier directly to specify a convenient time for delivery.

No. Delivery is free on all original orders. Our couriers will try three times to deliver your watch. After that you are liable for the cost. You are welcome to contact the courier to specify a suitable time.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, during regular working hours. Please contact the courier directly for specific details.
We only deliver to locations in South Africa.

Delivery times will vary, depending on your location and selected timepiece. Generally, you can expect to receive your purchase within three to five working days from the day of payment, excluding unforeseen warehouse or courier delays.


Festina, Guess, Tommy Hilfiger and Hugo Boss brands can take up to seven working days for delivery.


Once we’ve dispatched your order, you will receive an email containing the courier tracking number and the courier company’s contact details (RAM or Skynet). All orders with a ‘Completed’ status may use the tracking tool. Simply type in your tracking number in order to locate your order. You will need to contact the courier company directly, should you need to change the delivery date, time or address once your order has been shipped.
